The new pavilion can be rented and has special, programmable lights.

The new pavilion will be open for people to reserve for parties and events. The pavilion's lights to be programmed to create a light show experiences, according to the Tribune-Review

Residents and nonprofit organizations can rent the space for $110 to $260 per day. Non-residents may rent the pavilion for $150 to $420 per day. The higher fees are for if users bring alcohol.

An additional deposit of $180 or $500 is also required. The township refunds the amount if the pavilion isn't damaged.

The $78,000 pavilion is near the white barn in Richland Community Park. The park improvements are being partly funded with a $200,000 grant from the Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resources, according to the newspaper.
