Colonial Tea

The Colonial Tea is a most popular February pastime. You will be treated to a variety of hot teas, scones, cakes and other 18th century goodies, presented by gracious costumed servants. Guests are also invited to come in 18th century costume, if you like.

The afternoon includes a time travel visit to Market Square. Relax on an imaginary park bench as you watch the many locals go about their afternoon business. A guide will help you to guess the kind of life each person might engage in, based on their manner of dress! Reservations are required. Download a Reservation Form to mail in. For more information e-mail the Museum or call 412-486-0563 and leave a message.
