Halloween Party for Kids

Families are invited to the Northern Tier Library for stories, songs, treats and a Halloween costume parade.  Registration for Pine and Richland residents begins on Oct. 5; registration for all other patrons begins on Oct. 12.  This program is co-sponsored by the Friends of the Library.
