Patch is always looking to make your life easier and with it being Friday here's our list of five things to do this weekend. Click on the blue links for more information.

1. 22nd Annual St. Barnabas Medical Center 5K Run/Walk at 9 a.m. on Aug. 3 in Gibsonia

2. Cranberry CUP on Aug. 2-4: 5K, golf outing and neigbhorhood softball tournament

3. Meet Nickelodeon characters Dora, Diego, Spongebob and Patrick from 5 to 7:30 p.m. on Sunday, Aug. 4 at King's Family Restaurant in Gibsonia. Get a free kid's meal coupon, a goody bag and a free Frownie.

4. Free kayaking/stand-up paddleboarding demonstration with the L.L. Bean Pittsburgh Outing Club from noon until 2 p.m. on Aug. 3 at the North Park Boat Launch Ramp. Minimum age is 8. Ages 14 and under must be with a participating adult.

5. Western PA Wildcatz vs. PGH Cobras semi-pro football game at 12:30 p.m. on Aug. 3 at North Park J.C. Stone Field
