I have not received a single email communication from you on the matter. You do have my correctRead Moreema il address because that's how I received the receipt for my $75 deposit. I also provided all my credit card information over the phone to your husband when requesting my refund. After the treatment I received from your husband, I would be extremely uncomfortable providing you my home address. You did not need my home address to charge me money, so I don't see how you need it to refund my money if that is your intention. I guess my bank will be in touch.

Please stop by the studio at your earliest convenience to pick up your refund check, if you do notRead Morew ish me to mail you one. We have never tried to withhold your deposit, and have continually said we would love to get it to you. We have never had any problems with any other families at our studio sincerely wish to get your refund to you as soon as possible. It is apparent your intentions are to slander my family business publicly on this forum, instead of resolving this matter easily and quickly. That is unfortunate for small businesses like mine. I cannot give you a refund, via credit card, as I no longer use the same Credit Card processing, and Square does not allow refunds for charges that were not made through their system. Again, please resolve this matter by picking up a check, I really wish you the best and hope you can move on to more positive energy.
