PRHS's $36 Million Expansion/Renovation Project Coming in Under Budget
The Pine-Richland High School project is estimated to cost about $216,000 less than expected.
Nearly all the bills have been paid for the $35.9 million expansion/renovation project for Pine-Richland High School and the projected final tally shows the project will come in at about $216,000 under budget.
That is what Assistant Finance Director Ryan Manzer told the Pine-Richland School Board on Monday night.
The numbers reflect savings on financing costs and furniture plus the remaining construction contingency, according to documents provided to the board.
