The shopping center was sold by Northtowne Square Associates—consisting of Kratsa Properties of Harmar and Keith McGraw of Sewickley, said Ryan Sciullo, who represented the seller with Jeffrey Ackerman, both with CBRE Inc., the triblive.com report states.
Phillips Edison & Co. "is a fully integrated retail real estate company with a portfolio of more than 26 million square feet of neighborhood shopping centers across the country," according to its website. "Since 1990, our primary mission has been to purchase under-performing, grocery-anchored properties and maximize their value through hands-on leasing, management and redevelopment."
