Gov. Corbett: Interstates to Close Around Philadelphia for Hurricane Sandy
No injuries or deaths confirmed, the governor said at 6 p.m. update.
In a 6 p.m. update on Hurricane Sandy, Gov. Tom Corbett said major interstates around Philadelphia will be closed around 7 p.m. as the storm reaches land in New Jersey.
The governor also reported more than 100,000 customers are without power in Pennsylvania and 308 are in shelters.
He said he had no confirmed reports of injuries or deaths.
