There is something very special about Jackie Evancho and her music that tends to move people of all ages and nationalities to tears. One night last year, while listening to Jackie sing "Pie Jesu" from her Platinum selling 'O Holy Night' CD, I picked up a pen and just started writing, not really conscious of what was flowing out onto the paper. I just wrote, and this is the result. I thought perhaps some of you might identify with this as I do.

Sometimes life gives us a glimpse of something so incredibly beautiful that it is beyond the power of words to describe, something so wonderful and so exquisite that all we can do is let our emotions and our hearts express what words cannot.” Goosebumps and tears anyone? Jackie has such an incredible voice for such a teenager. I just love hearing her sing anything. Such talent!!! I hope Jackie persues her singing career after high school. She is just an amazing person. Go Jackie!!

Right you are C Lopata. Jackie does indeed have an incredible voice, not only for one of her young age, but for any age. She is a true prodigy in every sense of the word. I think her fans around the world will continue to be blessed with some of the most beautiful sounds this side of heaven for a very long time as Jackie is committed to pursuing her love of singing and performing. Although she may pursue other interests from time to time such as acting (she makes her big screen acting debut soon as Robert Redford's daughter in his new thriller "The Company You Keep"), Jackie has stated that her true love is singing, so I think we Jackie Fans can look forward to many more years of beautiful, heart-felt music from America's Sweetheart, Jackie Evancho.
